Managing Out-of-Stock Items
If you run out of a specific item, you can quickly "86" it to prevent further sales. On the POS, simply long-press the item button, or navigate to Admin > Menu and toggle the "Stock Status" to off. The item will be grayed out on all terminals immediately and will show as "Sold Out" on your digital public menu.
Automatic Stock Counts
For more precise control, you can enable the Stock Control feature. This allows you to enter a starting quantity for any item—such as 20 burgers—and the system will count down with every sale. Once the count reaches zero, the item is automatically locked across all ordering interfaces.
